This project began out of a deep hunger to understand not just what the Bible says, but when the events of Scripture took place in relation to one another. Questions regarding the validity of numbers and years led me to compile dates and historic events recorded within the Holy Bible. Although this website contains information on several subjects, the main purpose is reflected in its name ... the creation of a biblical timeline primarily based on scripture, but seeking extra-biblical evidence to support the scriptures. Along the way, it may provide support for theological approaches to topics such as a young-earth literal time-frame, intelligent-design of all creation and a big-bang that simultaneously formed all elements of the universe instead of a singular, random, ever-expanding explosion.

 

The foundation of this website is the Word of God — the Holy Bible — but it is recognized that biblical truth is often challenged by human theories, traditions, and alternative histories.  This is not an exercise of scholarship, academia nor credentials, but of revelation through direct or indirect spiritual discernment. Perhaps this information will expedite the readers' biblical understanding faster than my journey. Psalm 119:18 "Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in your law [torah]."
